By submitting an electronic request through the web portal www.eradiologia.sk, you can save your patients time by eliminating the need for travel to the facility or scheduling an appointment. Our healthcare professionals will reach out to the patient promptly after receiving the electronic request to arrange the examination.

Using the portal significantly improves healthcare, particularly in terms of communication with patients. Once an electronic request is submitted to the referring physician, the staff of the chosen radiology department will promptly reach out to the patient. The examination date will be provided within minutes.

HOW TO VIEW IMAGE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE EXAMINATION: 

1. Load the complete study: Click on this option to start loading the study (images). Once the loading is complete, select "DOWNLOAD DICOM STUDY." The images will be in DICOM format and may be numerous and high-quality. Therefore, they will be saved to your computer as a .zip file.

2. Unzip the file: Extract the contents of the zipped file.

3. Open the viewing software: After unzipping the file, launch the viewing software TomoConLite.exe.

4. View the examination details: A table displaying the patient's name and the uploaded examinations will appear.

If you wish to view the images on computers running Apple’s macOS, you'll need to download a DICOM viewer. You have two options to choose from:

Communication Security via the ERADIOLOGIA.SK Portal

The ERADIOLOGIA.SK portal is accessible on various platforms and operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and more. It can be used through internet browsers, and all modern, widely-used browsers are supported.

Authorization:

To log in, please follow these steps:

• Free doctor registration
• Login: Username - your email address (provided during registration on the portal)
• Password: Alphanumeric string (assigned by the system administrator)

Communication security:

The portal utilizes the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which verifies the identity of the server you are connecting to and ensures the protection and confidentiality of data transmitted between the system and your computer.

We advise against accessing the portal on public, unsecured, or questionable computers (such as those in cafes or shops) due to the risk of unauthorized access to your login credentials (phishing).
